Mining aggregator Binance announced Thursday that it will back Ethereum Classic (ETC) with Ethereum switching to Proof of Stake (PoS) after the merger.

Binance Pool offers zero mining fee service for ETC mining until October 9, 2022.

The Binance mining pool is among the best mining pools in the world.

Currently, the Binance Pool is the 7th largest ETC mining pool and ranks 12th in Ethereum mining.

In order to entice miners to use their mining pool for ETC mining, Binance Pool is offering zero ETC mining fees from September 9 to October 9.

Users need to complete identity information in order to participate and get rewards in their mining account.

Users can apply for VIP membership by sending an email to [email protected] to increase the hash level.

Also, users can enjoy discounted VIP membership fees.

According to the official announcement, the terms and conditions allow Binance to disqualify any participant who commits fraud.

Other mining pools such as Ethermine, Antpool,, and F2Pool Ethereum Classic (ETC) also support Ethereum Classic mining.

Some even offer zero mining fees for mining ETC. has launched an ETC mining pool, offering 3 months of ETC mining with no fees.

Meanwhile, the largest ETC mining pool F2Pool called miners for ETC, RVN, CFX, and other cryptocurrencies.

F2Pool has started “zero” commission fees for ETC mining until September 30th.

At the same time, the price of Ethereum Classic (ETC) recorded a huge increase and the hash rate reached an all-time high.

With the merger taking place between September 13th and 15th, the price of Ethereum Classic is likely to rise as miners switch to it.
