He called the invasion of Russia a crime, and he was among the many crypto leaders who directed their followers to the “UkraineDAO” he co-founded with:

Pussy Riot, Trippi Labs, and PleasrDAO members.

Buterin wrote:

This is an opportunity to support the Ukrainians here!

Proceeds go to civilian efforts to help Ukrainians suffering from war.
