Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, unleashed some of his ideas to the public yesterday, as he began broadcasting an hour-long YouTube video, talking about the past, present and future of Cardano and the industry as a whole.

One of the things Hoskinson mentioned in the video is that 2022 will likely be one of the best years for the crypto industry, and for Cardano in particular.

He also explained that the market has grown too fast and that we will assimilate as an industry the better or worse consequences of getting too big too fast.

It is possible that we will have a solution on the issue of Ripple, and at some point it is possible that Ripple will win.

He added:

Moving forward into 2022 and beyond, we are likely to see a lot of regulatory involvement in the industry, specifically the crackdown on DeFi and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
