Answer Find out the details of the Binance issue related to the “Dogecoin” wallet and “Elon Musk” comment about it
Binance has had issues with Dogecoin withdrawals for more than ten days now.
The root cause was a technical issue related to the legacy transactions of Binance users, and the issue extended to the inability of DOGE holders to withdraw their cryptocurrency.
It is worth noting, according to many analyzes, that the 1.14.5 upgrade on the “Dogecoin” network is what led to problems with the Binance platform.
Some failed (parked) transactions were successfully migrated after update 1.14.5, which caused problems for ‘DOGE’ holders of old transactions, as owners were unable to withdraw funds.

The problem persisted, and Binance was forced to rebuild the wallet, and provided an explanatory statement, which stated:
Since the accident, the DOGE network has been supporting us, but we have to rebuild the entire wallet, which will cause a delay that we anticipate could last another week or so.
Elon Musk refers to Binance and its founder:
Elon Musk is known to be a supporter of Dogecoin, so he was not happy with these problems.

Musk took to Twitter to talk about issues with DOGE customers at Binance, and tag Binance and its CEO, saying:
What’s going on with Doge customers?
The story seems shady.
The comments section quickly became the arena for another crypto battle.
Binance was the first to respond to Musk’s tweet, arguing that there is nothing mysterious about this issue, just frustrating with the recent promotion.

CZ did not hesitate to respond to Elon Musk, and said that his company is in contact with the Dogecoin developers and apologized for the inconvenience.
Knowing that his response was not entirely pacifist, as he included an article for The Guardian newspaper about a glitch in the Tesla software that occurred last October.
For the record, the flaw pointed out by “CZ” caused communication errors for nearly 12,000 Model S, X, 3 and Y cars, prompting Tesla to cancel the “FSD” update on the cars to fix the bug.
